The object is the patients with single kept roots and teeth; the aims are to improve efficiency of orthopedic therapy of the patients using removable planiform prostheses; the methods are the experimental and clinical research of the process if wearing out of the particles of the button attachments, photomicroscopy, photoreflection, roentgenography, clinical examination; the new approach is that the loss of retentional properties of the particle because of its wearing out is clinically proved and experimentally demonstrated and the lock attachment construction instead of the particle is offered; the results are the original lock attachment construction is worked out; this entire thesis has been included into the studying process of stomatologic departments of stomatologic policlinics; the field is Orthopedic Stomatology
