Essay

Thesis is devoted to a special kind of legal behavior such as the lawful inaction, its place and role in the structure of law behavior and in the mechanism of legal control. The lawful inaction's nature, signs, forms of demonstration and links with legal and some other social phenomena are given. Different kinds of lawful inaction (f.e. law observance or non-using of rights) are classified. The analysis of existing legislation gives an opportunity to define ways of legal control of lawful inaction. There are revealed the role of lawful inaction guaranteeing the legality and the law order is revealed. The correlations of lawful inaction with public opinion are shown.
