Essay

Object of research: financial and economic activity of open joint-stock companies of Poltava region. Purpose of research: definition of main factors, which influence the results of location of finance capital of investors on the market of shares. It is also the development of theoretical issues and practical recommendations, which are oriented on the improvement of methodology of estimation of investment attractiveness of shares of open joint-stock companies. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis; systematic, statistics, and graphic analysis; cluster analysis, expert methods. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical positions, methodological and practical recommendations. Novelty: the term "relative investment attractiveness" on the regional, branch and microeconomic phase of fundamental analysis of shares is introduced as well as the term "absolute investment attractiveness". Methodological base of express diagnostics of branches (sub branches) of economy for strategic and case investors and methodical approaches to the estimation of absolute investment attractiveness of the shares of open joint-stock companies are developed. The composition of factors of influence on the investment attractiveness of shares is specified. The term "investment attractiveness of shares" for strategic and case investors is concretized. The algorithm of complex research of investment attractiveness of shares of open joint-stock companies is justified. A degree of introduction: the results are introduced at the joint-stock company "Centralna Ukraina" ("The Central Ukraine"). Sphere of usage: the participants of securities, educational process.
