Klymenko N. Public regulation of the region's innovative-investment development

The object of research: processes of public regulation of the region’s development. Aim: to work out theoretical, methodical and practical issues on improving mechanism of public regulation of the region’s investment-innovative activity. Methods: unanimity of the historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, expert appraisal, statistical and economic methods. Results: the mechanisms of public regulation of the region’s innovative – investment development has been elaborated. Novelty: systematization the stage of evolution innovative – investment conception; the basic principles of interrelation between the organs of executive power and local governments of the region on providing effective public policy in innovative sphere have been defined. The degree of implementation: recommendations on improving mechanism of administrating innovative-investment processes were applied by Kharkiv City Council, Ministry of the Agrarian Politics of Ukraine. Ares of use: public administration, economics, scientific researches, teaching in the higher schools.
