Oliynik O. Development of long-term bank crediting of the agricultural enterprises

The object of investigation: is a process of long-term bank crediting of industrial enterprises.The purpose of research: is a developing of the scientifically proved offers on the agricultural enterprises long-term bank crediting of development .Methods: abstract - logical, calculated-constructive, formalization, modeling, experiment, monographic, system analysis.Theoretical and practical results: the formulated scientific theses and practical development will allow to improve long-term bank crediting of the agricultural enterprises. The research novelty: for the first time: the definition of influence of the factor “collateral of the credit ” on an opportunity of satisfaction of need in the long-term credits is formalized; the methodical approach concerning definition of need in the real investments are developed with the purpose of an estimation of agricultural enterprises supporting by the long-term credits; the functionally - regression model is developed which determines the border of long-term crediting of the enterprises on the basis of selected factors of a financial position; the methodical approach to planning need in the long-term credits of agricultural enterprises is improved; has received the further development: the disclosing of contents of the term “credit” as economic relations between the creditor and debtor concerning redistribution temporarily free cost on conditions of a reflexivity, promptness and payment; more precise definition to category “crediting” is given as a process, which is characterized by simultaneous actions: on the part of the creditor - preparation for granting, granting, supporting and reception at returning the credit and on the part of the borrower - reception, using and returning of the credit; introduce clarity into term “credit capacity” not only as an opportunity, but also as a desire of the borrower in the term, determined by the credit agreement, and in complete volume to pay off behind the liabilities; a substantiation of the factors, which determine anopportunity of process of agricultural enterprises long-term bank crediting development; a substantiation of the agricultural enterprises features which causing the creation of special conditions of their long-term crediting.The degree of introduction: results of the dissertation are introduced by Administrative department of agriculture of Kievo-Svatoshinskiy district of Kiev region and enterprises of this area and are used in educational process of the National agricultural university of Ukraine. Efficiency: will promote rational organization of long-term bank crediting of agricultural enterprises. Sphere, branch of using: the agriculture of Ukraine.
