The thesis deals with the complex theoretic applied reseach of the main legal questions of compensation for damages caused by breach of citizens' ecological right. The legal nature relations of compensation for damages caused by breach of citizens' ecological right is being come out. Conditions and mechanism of damages are investigated. Special attention is paid lo problems of material and moral compensation for damages caused by breach of law of ecological security. Methods and forms of damages (judicial, administrative governmental, insurance ) are investigated . Specific proposals as to improvement of validity of law and its practical usage in the field of defence citizens ecological rights are analized .
