Dmitrenko M. Correctional extraction of temporary teeth in complex orthodontic treatment of crowding of the frontal teeth in mixed-dentition.

In the thesis there was determined the spreading and generalized peculiarities of clinical picture of tight position of frontal teeth. Scientifically there was grounded and supported the practical expediency of application of the proposed method of treatment of the crowding of the frontal teeth in mixed - dentition with correctional extraction of the temporary teeth and with the preservation of general number of permanent teeth. It was proved that correctional extraction of temporary teeth allows to shorten the average term of active treatment in 2,45 times in comparison with traditional methods of widening of the jaws and to preserve the general number of permanent teeth due to spacious reserve in change of temporary molars by premolars with taking into ac-count the growth of jaws in the action of the orthodontic appara-tuses of the personal construction. The average term of active treatment with own combined constructions is shorten on aver-age in 1,45 times in comparison with removable ones.
