Dissertation is devoted to solution of the scientific problem- raising the quality of diagnostics and prophylaxis of kidney diseases in miners suffering from chronic non-obstructive bronchitis. Peculiarities of changes of indices of water-salt metabolism, levels of interieukins 6 and 10, depending on the length of service, heaviness of labour, age of miners with chronic nonobstructive bronchitis were studied. The group of miners with the progress of post-loading proteinuria was determined. The correlation between the indices of water-salt metabolism and the level of interieukins 6 and 10 in miners with post-loading proteinuria was revealed. The algorithm of diagnosis and prognosis of kidney diseases in miners suffering from chronic nonobstructive bronchitis was carried out. Perspective use of inductors of endogenic interferon of cycloferon in miners with chronic non-obstructive bronchitis with the progress of post-loading proteinuria was grounded clinically and pathogeneticaly.
