Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the researching of the ferroresonance processes in the electric networks of 35 kV with the purpose to define the reasons and operating modes of a network which leads to the damaging of serial voltage transformers of the type ZNOM-35,NAMI-35. A principles of construction of new generation of three-phases voltage transformer with voltage divider, which is steady to any abnormal modes of the network, are offered. The usage of the schemas of such voltage transformers, in association with measuring device formed on the microprocessor base, allows, with necessary accuracy, to registered of electrical power of consumers, provide measuring of network voltage and carry out signaling about the earth-fault of phase. Also their usage increases the reliability of electrical network in general. The devices, which are offered in the dissertation, are inculcated and successfully work in the electric networks of 35 kV of Ukraine.
