Об'єкт дослідження - activity on an establishment and check of an alibi in prejudicial inquiry. Мета дослідження - engineering of theoretical bases and practical recommendations concerning organization and tactics of check of an alibi suspected and charged in prejudicial inquiry. Методи дослідження - historical-legal, rather-legal, formal-logic, structural, sociological and statistical. Наукова новизна - signs of the not truthful message about an alibi for the first time are established; сomponents of scheduling of check of an alibi for the first time are defined; the concept of an alibi is perfected, are disclosed his contents and forms of display; the tactical receptions of investigatory actions on check of an alibi are perfected. Практичне значення - conclusions, formulated and proved in the dissertation, and the offers will promote raise of efficiency of activity of agencies in charge of preliminary investigation and pretrial inquest during check of an alibi suspected and charged. Предмет і ступіньвпровадження - the recommendations developed on the basis of conducted research, are sent in the Draft of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and are realized in activity of Ukraine. The materials of research are used in educational process of National academy of internal businesses of Ukraine at recital of a rate "Criminalistics". The developed methodical recommendations for improvement of organizational and tactical bases of check of an alibi are positively assessed and are used by the workers of bodies of pretrial inquest of Ukraine.
