Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of the organization cervical cancer screening programmes. It is carried out the analysis of efficiency of preventive gynecologic surveys in Ukraine. The basic lacks of system of the organization of early diagnostics of a cervical cancer are covered. For the benefit of the ripened transition from mass routine inspections all-round and convincing arguments are resulted in introduction of the organized screening pretumoral diseases and early forms of cervical cancer.Introduction of the program of the organized screening has allowed to increase scope of the female population by screening from 58 % in 2000 up to 71 % in 2003 at practically identical quantity of the carried out cytologic inspections, including scope by screening of a unorganized part of the female population has increased from 43 % in 1999 up to 68 % in 2003. The uniform system of computer monitoring from duly and adequate treatment of the revealed pathology allows to change structure of CIN for the benefit of CIN I: at 1999 CIN I - 6 %, CIN II - 15 %, and in two years CIN I - 14 %, CIN II - 3 %.For the period of work of the program of screening cervical cancer with use of uniform system of computer monitoring essential reduction of quantity of patients with cervical cancer in late stages is marked: in 1999 five patients with the late stages, or 26 % from number for the first time revealed are revealed, and in 2003 has not been registered any case III or IV stages of cervical cancer
