- The dissertation is devoted to operation the role of transport branch in economy of Ukraine, problem and inconsistency is researched, which one negatively influence a stable operation of the passenger motor transportation enterprises. The approach to construction of the financial mechanism of operation of the enterprises of a passenger truck is justified (reasonable) scientific - methodical, which one consists in association of methods and crandles of the financial mechanism of the enterprise and state regulation of activity of the enterprises.
