The Thesis is dedicated to criminal and legal problems of instigation to a crime. The objective and subjective indications of instigation and the matters of delimination of instigation from other types of complicity have been researched in this work. The author has made a theoretical analysis of the problems of criminal liability of the instigator, qualification of his actions, release from criminal liability and individualization of the punishment.
