Essay

The thesis is devoted to learning of microbial-immunopatological pathogenesis link of salivary glands chronic inflammatory diseases on a background persistence of mumps virus and cytomegalovirus with improvement of well-known etiotropical-immunopatological therapy complex by carrying out intraductal instillation of oxyozone mixture and application of oral antiseptic - Lysobact. According to the carried out researches the leading role of anaerobic microflora in the salivary glands ducts is determined in support of the inflammatory process; the pathologic changes in salivary glands with learning the phenomena of apoptosis which are more expressed for patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome and on mumps virus persistence are determined. The carried out researches give an opportunity to improve the well-known etiotropical-immunopatological therapy complex with usage of preparations directed on correction of the bacterial factor in the salivary glands ducts.
