Essay

The object of investigation: of surface lipids of some Coniferae and water plants. The aim of work: to study minor components and free fatty acids composition. Methods - chromato-mass-spectrometry, IR-srectroscopy, differencial termal analisys. Presence of branched, alicyclic, dicarboxylic acids, terpenoids of pimarane and abietane was shown, function of which may be in maintanance in ordering in surface lipids and in increasing of the temperature of fase transition "crystal-amorphous" fases. The component specific discriminations of the hard isotope 13C in fatty acids and hydrocarbons was shown. Field of applications - scientific and educational institutes of biological and agriculture type.
