Object - legal relations formed in the CIS countries members police activity while combating crimes; purpose - present national legislation, Commonwealth of Independent States members legislation and international legal acts on militia and police activity in the sphere of intergovernmental struggle against crimes complex analysis; methods - system theoretical, comparatively, logical semantic, system, organizational structural, functional, historical legal, comparative legal, statistic; novelty - the organizational legal means of the intergovernmental activity in the law enforcement sphere, their interaction in the process of crimes prevention and combating are investigated in complex; results - materials of the dissertation can be used in scientific research, legal creative, practical and educational spheres.
