Pastukh I. Organizational and legal bases of licensing of the economical activity in Ukraine

Object - public relations in the area of licensing of economical activity; purpose - determination of organizational and legal bases, legal nature, essence and sense of licensing, and also development of recommendations on improvement of legal regulation and practice of authorities and subjects of economical activity in this sphere; methods - dialectic, structure and functional, system analysis, comparatively legal, statistical, document analysis, expert appraisals; novelty - for the first time complex research of organizational and legal bases of licensing of economical activity in Ukraine was conducted; results - thesis materials may be used in scientific and research, educational spheres, in practice of licensing authorities.
