Object - are the public relations, that arise up in the process of realization of legal responsibility in a tax sphere; purpose - consists in consideration of financial-legal responsibility as an independent, specific, system, objectively fastened in norms of financial and tax right for an institute and development of suggestions in relation to perfection of legislation in this sphere and practice of his application; used methods are dialectical, comparative-legal, system-structural, logical-semantic; novelty - dissertation is one of the first in Ukrainian legal literature to complex, generalized researches of theoretical-legal description of financial-legal responsibility; results - are materials of dissertation that can be used in scientific researches, legal creation, legal protection and educational spheres.
