Yur'yeva A. The Role of endotoxin of colon bacillus and the system antiendotoxin antibodies in children with bronchial asthma

Object - pathogenic aspects of bronchial asthma in children; methods - clinical, laboratory, immunologic, biochemical, functional, statistic ones; innovation - the results of the investigation promote the understanding of pathologic essence of bronchial asthma at the expense of determination of the role of disturbances of endotoxin elimination in progressing of inflammatory process in children with bronchial asthma; the peculiarities of the states of antiendotoxin antibody system was studied first, and their with indeces of humoral, cellular, phagocytic links of immune and endogenic intixication was proved, it was shown that basic therapy and sanatorium treatment did not significantly effect on the stale of humoral antiendotoxin factors, scientific grounds of expediency of the use of correction of the disturbances of humoral antiendotoxin immunity was given and its effictiveness was proved; results - the determination of clinical markers connected with the disturbances of antiendotoxin immunity the improrement of the results of the treatment of children with bronchial asthma due to the use of correction of systemic endotoxinemia in complex therapy of bronchial asthma; branch - medicine.
