Khaled I. Peculiarities of connective pathology in children suffered from bronchial asthma (clinical-experimental investigation).

In the thesis there was determined that BA without connective pathology in the examined children practically did not occur. Among the connective pathology the allergic rhinitis occurred in 59.6%, atopic dermatitis - in 57.6 % of cases. Diskinesia of biliferous ways took place in 84.6% of patients. It is for the first time there were distinguished the sympathodependent variants of BA with revealance of hyper- or sympathicotonia and parasym-pathicodependent ones that can be used for pathogenically grounded application of sympathomimetics and preparations with holinolitic action. The conducting of complex basic therapy to the patients with BA in connection with AR, AD, DBFW with the use of treatment of extrapulmonary pathology allows to decrease reliably daily and nightly chokes of the given group of children. The directed revealance of pathologic changes in pulmonary tissue, stomach mucous membrane and udrenal glands in experimental investigation with the creation of chronic inflammatory process in conditions of hypokinesia testify to community of the mechanisms of its development.
