Kipen N. The improvement of methods of primary and secondary preventive maintenance generalized gingivitis at student's youth.

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation and study of efficiency of a complex of medical-preventive measures of the generalized catarrhal gingivitis at the students with psy-choemotional abnormalities. It's established, that psychoemo-tional state determines of features of pathogenesis and clini-cal course of disease. The materials of the dissertation testify that the presence psychoemotional abnormalities at the stu-dents on a background of deficiency of local and general im-mune mechanisms of protection, assists in formation of ad-verse variants of generalized catarrhal gingivitis. In view of it the principles of application of the psychoco-regular preparations in complex treatment and preventive maintenance of the generalized catarrhal gingivitis at the stu-dents are developed. The application of the developed com-plex of medical-preventive measures at the healthy students and students with generalized catarrhal gingivitis , permits to prevent occurrence of the inflammatory process in gum and achieves recovery in 88,8 % of the patients.
