Essay

The purpose of the thesis was the increase of efficacy of complex pathogenetic treatment of patients with chronic generalized paradontitis of 1st and 2nd stages of severity accompanying duodenal ulcer. In the thesis the peculiarities of disorders of immunologic reactivity, haemostasis system, proliferative actifity of teeth-gingival contact epithelium in patients with paradontitis of different stages of severity were analyzed. It was confirmed that on biological in vitro models, that use of dalargine is pathogenetically necessary for the treatment of patients with chronic generalized paradontitis accompanying duodenal ulcer. The method of complex treatment of chronic generalized paradontitis accompanying duodenal ulcer using endonasal electrophoresis of dalargine was firstly approved. The clinical efficacy of the method was estimated within recent and late follow-up periods.
