Dissertation describes questions of raising the treatment effectiveness of chronic diffuse catarrhal gingivitis in children. Clinical, morphological and immunehystochemic investigations results after applied treatment with the use of local antiseptic "Dekasan" shows the insufficiency only antimicrobial way of therapy, that confirm of partially saving of morphological inflammation features, low the amount of guide immunocytes - HLA-DR+, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ cells, in compare with healthy mucosa. Including medication "Lysobact" in complex therapy allow to get the high therapeutic treatment effect. It observed the renew of morphological structure and gum local immunity stage, that confirm of treatment term shorting in 1,18±0,11 days, 2,2 one lower amount recidives, steady remission develop (within half a year in 85% patients) of chronic diffuse catarrhal gingivitis in children.
