Object - individual and engrafted on the polysaccharide matrixes complex connection with prognosticates bioactivity. The purpose - synthesis, establishment of influence of sructure, stability, catalic's activity on biological activity of the synthesized connections. The method of the chemical analysis, IR-spectroscopy, potentiometric titration, gasvolumetric method and method of serial cultivation establish structure of connecrions, formation azomethins and coordination connections with them, are determined influence of the assistants on ability to formation of complexes, catalitic and biological activity. The synthesis of different amines, acid hydrazides, phenylhydrazine, chemically engrafted on the modifield polysaccharide matrixes with the formation of the azomethine and hydrazone type combination has been accomplished for the first time. The coordinated combinations with 3d-metals (Cu,Ni,Co) have been obtain on the basis of the receive engrafted ligands. The structure of the forming combinations has been suggested. The correlation between the bacteriostatic and catalitic complex activity has been carried out.
