Essay

The object of research - social and political life in USSR and RSFSR in the first half of 20th years of the ХХ century. The purpose of work is to study and comparison of different aspects of participation of the population in social and political life of adjacent regions of two Soviet republics - USSR and RSFSR. The methods used in the research are: historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typological, historical-system. The practical value of the received results is determined by an opportunity of their use at a spelling of the monographies and manuals on a history of the soviet state, political history of Ukraine and Russian Federation, at creation high school courses, spelling of special courses, at adjustment of scientific communications between Ukraine and Russian Federation. Thesis is devoted to complex research of social and political life in USSR and RSFSR in the first half of 1920th based on materials of Kharkiv and Voronezh provinces as boundary regions of two republics. Basedupon various courses the character of citizens attitude to the Bolshevik and the opposition political parties has been explored; the features of the organigents has been defined; the processes of the women involvement in the social life has been considered; the role of the public organizations including created by the national minorities in the society democratization has been determined, the contradiction between the democratic slogans and real policy of the Bolshevik party has been investigated; the influence of the people mentality and psychology on their participation in social and political life has been analyzed.
