Essay

The dissertation is devoted to definition of adequate tactics of treatment of patients with BTO and the optimization of the prognosis of current of disease BTO. The difficulty of morphological diagnostics and the necessity of treatment of patients with BTO in the specialized oncological establishments is proved. The opportunity of organ-preserving treatment for young patients with I stage of disease is confirmed. It is determined that extent of surgical operation is the leading factor for preventive measures of relapses. The new morphological prognostication factor of current of disease is established according to definition of density of vessels cystadenoms.
