Essay

The dissertation deals with the problems of the role of disorders of hypophysial-adrenal system in the course of acute coronary syndrome. Frequency of disorders ACTH, cortisone, aldosterone, DHEAs and testosterone depending on the clinical form of acute coronary syndrome, gravity of the course of disease and the fraction of the ejection of the left ventricle investigates. Close relationship has been established between the functional condition of hypophysial-adrenal system, immune reactivity and hemostasis system in patient with acute coronary syndrome. Influence of the disorders of hypophysial-adrenal system has been evaluated on the formation of change of immune reactivity and hemostasis by acute coronary syndrome.
