Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the Chlamydophila pneumoniae infection influence on haemostasis and immunology systems in patients with unstable angina and miocardial infarction. Chlamydophila pneumoniae infection leads to increased trombogenic potential. The fibrinolysis depression and preserved antithrombin activity are observed with acute infection. Anticoagulation system depression and fibrinolysis activation are accompaniated with chronic Chlamydophila pneumoniae infection. Acute Chlamydophila pneumoniae infection is jointed with cellular immunity activation and humoral immunity depression, but chronic Chlamydophila pneumoniae infection is accompaniated with humoral immunity activation and cellular immunity depression.
