3. Object of research - aircraft maintenance human quality management system. Aim of research - improvement of aircraft maintenance human quality management system efficiency by means of computer technologies and taking into account human factors in complex system "operator-aircraft". Methods of research - basics of system management theory, informatics, human engineering, ergonomics, mathematical statistics, expert's estimation mathematically statistical method, infological simulation. Scientific novelty - infological model of aircraft maintenance human quality management system is proposed, where were composed not only aircraft structures, technological maintenance processes, but professional operation of human operator taking into consideration personal features of behavior in different circumstances; methodology of quality level of operators activities during aircraft maintenance is developed; methodology and algorithm of air-staff operations estimation taking into account personal features and stress factor is developed.
