Essay

The diagnostic criterias of alcohol abuse and hepatitis viral infection were received from analysis of obtained data in liver and thyroid gland damages patients. Investigation of patients with thyroiditis for criteria of liver damage is necessary. Тhyroiditis is an extrahepatic symptom of chronic hepatitis C. Minimal clinical signs of liver damage are associated with intra-lobular degeneration, steatohepatitis, and fibrosis in 90% of patients. Elevated level of CH-HDL was revealed in majority patients without histological signs of fibrosis. Hypocholesterolemia, low levels of CH-HDL and albumin were prognostically unfavorable for liver damages.Results of the research were introduced in practice and educational process.
