Vishnevskaya N. Forming of the mechanism of state management of post-privatization processes

Object of research - role and functions of the state in maintenance of privatization and efficiency of post-privatization development of economy. The purpose of research - methodological substantiation and development of functional structure of the mechanism of state management by post-privatization processes. Methods of research - historical and logic; the system approach, which provides use of structuring methods of object of management, its analysis, synthesis, generalizations; economic-statistical and economic-mathematical. The practical significance of the received results is, that they supplement some the not enough investigated aspects of privatization of the property, state management by post-privatization processes and by post-privatization activity of the enterprises, specify the category apparatus, create a methodological basis for the further perfection of state management by post-privatization processes in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that for the first timeit is carried out groupings the shareholders on interests and degree of the control above the enterprise for the purposes of effective state management by post-privatization development of the enterprises; the interrelation between concentration of the property and results of economic activity is justified. The methodological approaches to determination necessary and possible for Ukraine of borders of state management; the substantiation of necessity of dynamic changes in practice of state management of the enterprises are advanced. The determination of features of models of corporate management connected to a share of the state in the corporate property; the substantiation of dynamism of functions of state management stipulated by processes of privatization and by post-privatization changes in development of the enterprises have received the further development.
