Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of influencing of active forms of oxygen of microbial and physics - chemical origin in relation to pathogenic and de bene esse - pathogenic representatives of microorganism of unsterile cavities of organism of man. A presence is set in the mouth cavity of man of active produsing of hydrogen peroxide, which behave to the A. viridans. The antagonistic influencing of hydrogen peroxide, by the produsing selected microorganisms, and also active forms of oxygen is led to, that appear in the water solutions treated by low temperature plasma on the steady antimicrobial cultures of pathogenic and de bene esse - pathogenic microorganism. Results are got on the common antagonistic influencing of selected aerococcuses and the activated water solutions in relation to the representatives of the Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonadaceae family Substrat of oxidization aerococcuses is certain, that give the increase of absorption of oxygen and result in growth of their antagonistic activity. Set antioxidants role of glutatyon, which stipulates the decline of antagonistic activity of aerococcuses. The comparative analysis of oxidization is conducted and antagonistic properties, and also the trained spectrum of substrats of oxidization aerococci abstracted from different ecological niches of organism of man. As a result of analysis there are defined reliable differences between the cultures of aerococcuses from the cavity of mouth, wetting -floors of ways and maintenance to the intestine.
