Research objects - financial and credital relations of consumer cooperative enterprises at the modern stage of development Research goal - the searching of ways of improvement of financial seruring of the Ukrainian cooperative enterprises with the purpose of improvement of the financial results and the quality of service the country-side population. It is connected with the objective and subjective difficulties and demands the system Research methods - dialectical, systemic analysis, scientific abstraction, comparative, expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical research results - they lie down in the determination of the concrete recommendations concerning to creation of favourable economic conditions for dynamic development of Ukrainian cooperative enterprises. The new techniques of investments the credit societies means with the target of enriching the own circular capital by the consumer cooperative enterprises is worked out. Scientific novelty - the new financial technique of investments is offered. The system of indications of the achievements of the enterprises in the countryside is formulated. New recommendations concerning the formations of financial and credital maintenance of enterprises with the participation of the credit societies are worked out.
