Research objects - financing of measures, aimed at improving the quality of natural resources in agriculture. Research goal - justification and development of theoretical and methodological theses, as well as scientific and practical recommendations concerning resolving the issue of improving the quality of natural resources in agriculture by means of financial instruments during the market transformations. Research methods - dialectical, systemic analysis, scientific abstraction, comparative, expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical research results - financial instruments, measures for stimulation and regulation of improvement the quality of natural resources have been proposed; the scientific and practical fundamentals of informational and financial provision of various regional programs have been analyzed; the mechanism of formation and use of regional nature protection fund, aimed ad protecting and improving the quality of natural resources in agriculture, has been developed. Scientific novelty - the functional structure of financial mechanism of improving the quality of natural resources in agriculture has been developed; the financial mechanism of distributing the regional nature protection funds, aimed at protection and improvement of the quality of natural resources in agriculture, has been proposed; the methodical recommendations for regional level have been provided.
