Goffe V. Derivatives Market: Foreign Experience and Perspectives of Development in Ukraine.

The object of the dissertation investigation is the derivatives market. The aim of the of the dissertation investigation is the definition and optimization of theoretical and methodological backgrounds of the derivatives market development and creation of recommendations concerning the ways of derivatives market activation in Ukraine, considering the world practice of these instruments' application. The investigation has been carried out on the basis of general scientific and special methods. The theoretical achievement of the thesis is connected with determination of the derivatives' market place in the structure of financial market. In the work, classifications of derivatives market instruments have been improved and their characteristic features determined regarding application by financial institutions. The thesis gives practical recommendations regarding the most important ways of building derivatives market in Ukraine. Field of results application is banking system of Ukraine.
