Loginov A. Administrative and Legal Support to Executive Bodies' Information Security

The Thesis is devoted to the investigation of administrative and legal grounds for the Ukrainian executive bodies' information security enforcement. It analyses the concept and content of information sphere of the Ukrainian society, legal information as an object of administrative and legal regulation, identifies the objects and subjects of information support of executive bodies' system functioning, and classifies information circulating in the above system. The Thesis covers executive bodies' information security hazards and offers the author's classification thereof. It devotes a special attention to determination of the purpose, tasks, functions and organizational construction of the Ukrainian executive bodies' information security system. With due account for the regulations of the Ukrainian legislation in force, the Thesis analyses the content of administrative and legal forms and methods of the Ukrainian executive bodies' internal information security enforcement. The practical importance of theThesis lies in working out of common approaches, requirements and criteria as to executive bodies' internal information security enforcement which are offered to be taken into account in the process of development of the Doctrine of Information Security of Ukraine.
