Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimization of care of premature children in conditions of intensive therapy by means of application of trophic feeding with elementary mixtures from the day of life. It is indicated that in early neonatal period in premature children born from mothers with high risk degree there is a depression of functional liver activity, hypercoagulative purposefulness of vascular thrombocytare link of homeostasis, depression of procoagulative activity of the blood on the background of considerable lowering of anticoagulant potent ional at the expense of low level of AT-III and activation of fibrinolytic system.
