Object of research: the financial mechanism of direct state support of agricultural commodity producers of Khmelnitskiy area. The purpose of research: a theoretical-methodological substantiation of priority forms of budgetary financing, improvement of the financial mechanism of direct state support of an agriculture and conditions of their practical realization in modern conditions. Methods: dialectic, is abstract-logic, monographic, extrapolations, economic-mathematical modeling, the analysis and synthesis, graphic, sociological interrogation. Theoretical and practical results: directions and forms of direct state financial support of agricultural commodity producers are proved; the analysis of financing of the state programs directed on support of an agriculture is lead; the level of direct state support by kinds of production is certain; offers on addition to the existing mechanism of the credit grant through partial or state warranting of returning of credits are developed. Scientific novelty: definition of the financial mechanism of direct state financial support of agricultural commodity producers is specified; methodical approaches of calculation of the size of direct financial support are advanced; the model of distribution of budgetary funds among agricultural manufacturers is developed; the technique of definition of the size of budgetary grants by concrete kinds of production is offered. A degree of introduction: results of research are accepted to introduction by controls by an agriculture, used in educational process. Efficiency: introduction of results will assist increase of efficiency of use of budgetary funds for support of agricultural commodity producers.
