Essay

In the work irrigation and mechanical soil cultivation are considered as single whole, and soil separators utilization is proposed. Angular speed, arrangement and second drum twigs shape of the soil separator are defined on the theoretical research base under the conditions of whole overload, separation providing and without grinding down of soil parts. Second drum twigs shape is accepted from theoretical research, second drum revolution displacements on phases relatively the first one are introduced, research machine model for pre-sowing cultivation is produced. Regression models are obtained according to results of experimental research, these models characterizes influence of soil separator constructional and technological parameters on soil parts dispersion on layers. Basic soil separator constructional and technological parameters are defined, comparative field tests are realized.
