Essay

The object of investigation is physical process of the electromagnetic wave interaction with anisotropic and planar layered media and structures. The purpose of research: the development of physico-mathematical models and analysis of the electromagnetic field interaction with homogeneous stratified and inhomogeneous anisotropic media in the free space and the waveguides. The methods are theoretical physics, numerical, CAD and others. The results and novelty: physico-mathematical models of the electromagnetic field interaction with inhomogeneous and anisotropic media are developed and investigated. A field of uses is defectoscopy, design of the waveguide structures and microwave device.
