Kirillov V. Building up the system of state regulation of investment processes in Ukraine’s economy

The object is the mechanism of the investment processes public administration regulation in the conditions of the national economic system transformation and transition to the economic growth. The objective is the scientific justification of the public administration regulation of the investment processes in the economy of Ukraine and the definition of its functions improvement ways. The methods are comparative and retrospective, abstract and logical, systematic and analytical, calculating and constructive, experimental. The newness is that the model of the market stimulus in terms of the investment process on the basis of the classification and origin has been suggested. The results are that the classification of the mechanisms of the investment processes stimulating has been scientifically improved; the methodology of the profit taxation aimed to the improvement of the industry development has been suggested; the analytical model of the priority investment projects state financing have found furtherdevelopment.
