Essay

The dissertation is based on findings of open controlled stady with aim to search clinico-metabolic markers of prognosis and afficacy of anti-inflamatory therapy in infants and little children. It is stated, that markers of inflammation and hypoxia are the additional objective criteria of pneumonia severity. In this work the expedience to include nimesulide into treatment scheme for non-hospital pneumonia childrens is clinically qraunded and significant efficacy compared to traditional therapy is demonstrated. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
