Tulay O. The financial security of the reproductive health protection for economy in transition

The Object - financial resources and financial security of the reproductive health protection in Ukraine; the goal - developing of the theoretical base and practical recommendations as for the creation of the effective mechanism for financing of the reproductive health protection institutions; methods - dialectical and systematic approach, analysis, synthesis, econometrical, structural and functional methods; outcomes - the comprehensive research of the theory and practice of the financial security of the reproductive health protection in Ukraine in the conditions of transition economy was conducted; novelty - at first, this dissertation has showed the social-economic importance of the reproductive health protection and its influence on the reproduction of the labor force. New approaches of the cost accounting for the health protection institutions were used; the methods introduced in the dissertation were implemented to the practical work of the Department of economy and finance of the Ministry of Health Protection of Ukraine; sphere - finance of the health protection.
