Soboleva E. State of stress-realizing and stress-limiting systems in children with bronchial asthma and methods of correction of disorders in these systems at different stages of rehabilitation

Object - pathogenic aspects of bronchial asthma in children; methods - clinical, functional, hormonal, immunological, psychological, statistical; novelty - the results of research dilate comprehension of pathogenic essence of bronchial asthma in children, at the expense of decoding of stress-mediated changes of endocrine, immune, central and vegetative nervous systems; the presence of system of stress-mediated regulation of functional integration of endocrine, immune, central and vegetative nervous systems is proved; an estimation of the daily profile of melatonin secretions, as a stress-limiting factor at bronchial asthma in children is given for the first time; the depend-ence of function of external respiration and immune status from a secretion of basic hormones of stress-system, and also from psychological features and vegetative status is proved; the scientific substantiation of expediency of correction disbalance of stress-realizing and stress-limiting factors in children whit bronchial asthma is given; results - it is determinate, that the estimation of stress-realizing and stress-limiting systems condition is essential at a choice of differentiated pathogenic therapy of disease; it is proved, that the correction of stress-mediated changes of main regulating systems allows to increase efficiency of basic therapy of bronchial asthma in children; branch - medicine.
