Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation in experiment of chronic influence of barbiturates on morphology of the motor nuclei of the spinal cord of the rats in the various age terms. It was established that barbiturates result in polymorphic changes of neurons and a macroglial cells in all motor nuclei of the anterior horns of the spinal cord in rats of various age. The degree of the morphological changes was in dependence on the doses and the duration of influence of barbiturates and the age of the animals. Introducing of silibor into the rat organism decreases toxic effect of barbiturates.
