Object of research: process of integration of a building complex of Ukraine to the world economy. The purpose of dissertational work is the theoretical substantiation and development of scientific - practical and methodical approaches and recommendations on integration of a building complex of Ukraine into the world economy by means of increase of a degree of its her investment appeal. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, the system analysis and synthesis, methods of the statistical, economic, comparative and marketing analysis, methods of dialectic and formal logic. Theoretical results: uses of the marketing approach in management of foreign investment resources consist in a deepening of existing теоретико-methodical positions concerning ways of integration of a building complex of Ukraine in world economy throught increases of its investment appeal to foreign investors, attraction of foreign investment resources. Practical results: consist that the received results allowtospeed up process of integration of a building complex of Ukraine in the world economy, to increase a degree of investment appeal of the enterprises of a building complex on the basis of use of scientific toolkit. Scientific novelty: theoretical and methodological approaches to research of world integration processes are profound; has received the further development concept „Management of Foreign Investments»; for the first time subject - substantial classification of problems which arise in managerial process by foreign investments is offered; has received the further development the теоретико-methodical approach to the complex analysis of influence of factors of the market environment on integration of a building complex of Ukraine into the world economy and a degree of its investment appeal to foreign investors; the system of parameters of an estimation of a degree of investment appeal to foreign investors of the enterprises of a building complex has received the further development; for the first time itis offered of four level the mechanism of an estimation of a degree of investment appeal of the enterprises of a building complex for the foreign investor; the organizational mechanism of management by foreign investment resources at a microlevel is advanced.
