Essay

Object - low-melting noncobalt ground enamels containing the complex adherence promoter on the basis of variable valence metals oxides; aim - development of scientific bases of synthesis low-melting noncobalt ground enamels containing the complex adherence promoter, and resource-energysaving technology of an steel enamelling with use of technogenious materials containing oxides of variable valence; methods - a complex of standard physical and chemical methods; result and novelty- set features of shaping processes of system a steel - enamel coating with sev-eral simultaneously present adherence oxides at temperatures up to 850 °С; are scientifically proved and the legitimacies of in-fluence of nickel oxides and cuprum - adherence activators ex-perimentally set at their partial and integrated introduction in a composition of ground enamels on processes of interaction of these melts with metal substrate; character of temperature de-pendence for enamels with the integrated content of nickel and cuprum oxides; polycationic effect for the first time experimen-tally sets at the expense of simultaneous presence of several various variable valence cations in low and high-temperature diapasons; the technological parameters of reception low-melting noncobalt ground vitreous enamels on a basis nicelcu-prumcontaining galvanic slags are scientifically proved; ; intro-duction - introduction in manufacture of the enameled products, branch - manufacture of the enameled details architectural -building and heattechnic appointment.
