Shalko I. The role of pathogenetic and sanogenetic factors in development of chronic gastritis, gastro-duodenitis and ulcer disease associated with Helicobacter pylori in young population group

Object - patients having chronic gastritis, gastroduodenitis with and without erosive changes of duodenum, ulcer of duodenum - associated with Hp; purpose - to study the diagnostic criteria of aggression and protection of stomach and duodenum mucous membranes in gastroduodenal pathology associated with Нp and to ground differential approaches to treatment; methods - these are clinico-laboratory and endoscopic, the purpose was also to determine the correlation of aggression factors and protection in the above mentioned pathology and against the background of action of lansoprazol and common introduction of famotidin and metoproclamide; novelty - for the 1-st time determined were the movement of mucoid-electrolyte secretion in pathology of gastroduodenal section associated and differential approaches to treating; results - worked out and recommended were the criteria of choice of patients for course treatment of duodenum; included were in the teaching material of lectures and tutorials for students of high medical scools dealing with gastroenterology; branch - medicine.
