Smachylo I. Clinic and pathogenical substantiation of cuticle of hen's ventricle application in complex treatment of dumping-syndrome

The object is 120 patients with dumping syndrome, cuticle of hen's ventricle; the aim is to improve the efficacy of the treatment of patients with dumping syndrome; the methods are clinical, instrumental, hystological, bacteriological, coprological, biochemical; the new approach is the fact that firstly it has been proved that complex therapy with cuticle corrects motility and evacuation disorders and improves acid producing function of gastric stump in initial hypacidity, provides the correction of maldigestion, the sanation of gastric mucosa from microflora diffusion and improvement of its structure, removes infringements of an intestinal microflora in patients with dumping syndrome; the results are the using of cuticle of hen's ventricle in complex therapy makes it possible to improve the efficacy of the treatment of dumping syndrome; the results have been introduced into educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine.
