Skrypnyk L. Chronic noncalculous cholecystitis at women of different age: medical treatment with the inclusion of Quercetin and preparation magnezium

The object is 150 patients with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis women and 20 practically healthy in age from 20 to 74 years; the aim is to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis women; the methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunofermental, multifactore psychological testing; the new approach is firstly studing age-old features and clinical motion with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis women, the role of proinflamattory cytokine (IL-6) in intercommunication with activating of processes of lypoperoxidationi and exhaustion of antioxydant backlogs of organism, of disbalanse of the vegetative adjusting and concomitant damage of stomach is set in development of chronic noncalculous cholecystitis; expedience of inclusion is first grounded to complex therapy of chronic noncalculosis cholecystitis of quercetin and sulfate of magnesium; it have been introduced in educational process and medical practice; the field of science is medicine
